Unshakable Foundations · A 90-day program

Stop workingaround it.

Most men are strong in one part of their life and quietly cracking in another. Over 90 days you choose that one area and work through a structured program with me, an accountability partner and practical commitments you review every week.

The honest start

You already know.

You have rehearsed the conversation in the car and still not had it. The responsibility keeps moving to next week. The standard dropped so quietly that nobody noticed, including you. Success in one area hides the cost for a while. This program is for the area it cannot hide any longer.

The framework

The Eight Foundations.

Every man's life rests on eight foundations. Body. Mind. Money. Purpose. Relationships. Sex. Character. Spirit. Some are already strong. One needs your attention now. The first step is discovering which one.

Take the audit to find yours

The rebuild

Ninety days, five moves.

01

Discover your Critical Foundation

Before day one, you complete the Masculine Foundation Audit. From the results, you name your Battle Plan: one Critical Foundation, the area you are prioritising, and one Exit, the specific pattern you are eliminating, over the next 90 days.

02

Build one foundation deeply

One live class a week, about three hours. The cohort works through the twelve classes together and each man applies them to his Critical Foundation. By day 45 you are re-audited. Real progress on your Exit earns you a second one for the back half.

03

Live by a higher standard

Every week you earn points for action and integrity, with real stakes attached, opting out costs you. Confidence isn't built by making promises. It's built by keeping them.

04

Never build alone

An accountability partner is assigned to you for all 90 days. His job is to make sure you become the man you said you would be. Full Fire Circle membership is included for three months, beginning when the Circle opens in the new year.

05

Prove it in the open

At day 90 you retake the audit and show the change in front of the room that watched you build it. Your day 90 reading, set next to the ones from day one and day 45.

The difference

Motivation alone vs.System + motivation.

Motivation gets you moving. A system keeps you moving when motivation fluctuates.

Unshakable Foundations gives you both.

Progress ↑
Day 1Day 90
MotivationPowerful enough to get you started. Not reliable enough to get you to the finish.
Unshakable FoundationsBrotherhood, challenge and real stakes create the motivation to rise. Structure and accountability turn it into lasting change.
The 90-day journey

Twelve classes. Eight foundations. Ninety days.

One live class a week, about three hours. The commitment first, then the escape, then each of the eight foundations, and a return that carries it forward.

01

The Oath

Set the standard.

02

Brotherhood

Learn to build brotherhood that lasts.

03

The Escape

Name what you run to when life gets uncomfortable, and learn to face it without needing to escape.

04

Body

Build physical strength.

05

Mind

Take control of your attention.

06

Sex

Bring desire under your command.

07

Character

Become the man you say you are.

08

Purpose

Know what you are building toward.

09

Money

Build financial strength.

10

Relationships

Build deeper connection.

11

Spirit

Strengthen your inner foundation.

12

The Return

Share the transformation. Carry it forward.

What changes in 90 days

What you can point to at day 90.

You track what you do differently across the 90 days: the commitments you keep and the conversations you stop putting off. Three audits and a record of kept commitments show what changed.

Evidence from the rebuild

What men say about working with me.

These men came through different doors, the Circle, the rebuild, the private work. What they have in common is that they stopped negotiating with themselves.

Common questions

Still have questions?

Fit & eligibility
Do I need to be in the Fire Circle first?

No. Three months of Fire Circle are included, starting when the Circle opens in the new year. After that it moves to the standard rate and you can cancel any time. If you are already a member, those months are credited to your subscription, so you never pay twice.

What's the difference between this and 100 Days of Fire?

This rebuilds. The hundred days temper what you rebuilt. Foundations is the clearest route in and the strongest evidence that you are ready, but it is not an absolute prerequisite. Men with equivalent evidence of discipline, responsibility and honest work are also considered. Either way, you do not walk into the fire cold.

What happens after the 90 days end?

The tools and the standard stay yours, and so does the room, through your three included months of Fire Circle. Before they run out I will message you: you can stay, cancel, or stay on and help welcome the next cohort in. Most men go on to 100 Days of Fire, a later Foundations cycle on a different foundation, or 1:1 coaching.

How it works
How many men are in each cohort?

Twelve maximum.

Are the sessions recorded, and is what I say private?

The live sessions are recorded for training purposes. Only I see those recordings, and they are deleted once reviewed. Teaching recordings are separate and shared only with your cohort. What men say in the room stays in the room. If you would rather not be recorded, tell me and I will keep you out of it. Full details are in the privacy policy.

How is my accountability partner chosen, and what if it's not working?

Randomly. Sometimes I draw one name first and that man chooses his own accountability partner, sometimes I draw two names together and that's the pair. If the connection is difficult, work through it rather than around it, shorten the call or leave a voice message if schedules clash, but stay in it. This isn't about landing your favourite guy in the group. It's about showing up for someone who isn't necessarily your natural match.

How do points and forfeits work?

You'll get the full system walked through, point by point, in the first class. Forfeits carry real stakes. Opting out costs points, because the points are tied to putting your word behind something real. I make exceptions for genuine reasons.

Money & commitment
Can I get a refund?

Yes, within three days of payment, no questions asked. After that the place is committed, because the cohort is capped at twelve and holding a seat means turning another man away. If something serious happens once you are underway, tell me first and we will work it out.

What if I fall behind during the 90 days?

You will, at some point, most men do. The container is built for that. A missed day is the next thing to name in the room, out loud, in front of men who will notice either way.

What happens if I need to withdraw?

Life circumstances change. Tell me first, then tell the group before you go. Handled that way, you leave with your word intact.
