See the pattern
You identify the exits, the mask beneath them and what the pattern is costing your work, relationships and private life.
There's the man everyone around you sees, and the one who shows up when nobody's watching. One hundred days with me and a small cohort to close that distance: weekly councils for seventy days, an accountability partner, then thirty days with less structure to see what holds.
Applications are reviewed personally. Selection closes when the invited group is complete.
This is the model I coach from. Over the hundred days we work through each layer in turn, in front of men who check every week.
The phone, the porn, the drink, the grind. What everyone, including you, mistakes for the actual problem.
The performer, the lone wolf, the playboy, it doesn't matter what form your mask takes. You built this to survive, for good reason, but it's cost more every year.
Something learned early about what you were, not enough, not lovable, whatever the specific lesson. Doesn't matter if it was true. It was believed.
The hundred days follow a deliberate arc: make the pattern visible, test your word under pressure, then find out whether the standard, the specific commitments you've set and proven you keep, is yours to keep on your own.
You identify the exits, the mask beneath them and what the pattern is costing your work, relationships and private life.
You declare disciplines, report honestly and face the gap between what you intended and what your behaviour showed.
The last thirty days are where you find out the standard is yours. Fewer sessions, same standard, and what you do unprompted is the answer.
From week five the councils work through three questions in depth, two sessions each, answered against your own recorded behaviour.
Who am I beneath the roles and the masks?
What governs me regardless of emotion, comfort or circumstance?
What responsibility is worthy of organizing my life around?
Real careers, families and accomplishments. You can run the marathon, build the business and hit every number, then have no idea what to do when your partner goes quiet across the table. Performance can become the most respectable escape there is.
A three-hour council every week for the first seventy days, a weekly check-in with your partner, a half-day alone each week and one 24-hour period alone in the final month.
Your life needs to be steady enough to carry that load. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, this is the wrong program for now.
You declare disciplines, report honestly every week and keep no escape in reserve. Foundations is the recommended route in, and men with equivalent experience are considered.
A hundred days of recorded behaviour shows where your word held, where it broke and what changed. You leave knowing what has closed, what remains unfinished and what comes next in your work, relationships and private life.
Direct from men who did the hundred days. Paraphrased and anonymised at their request. The outcomes are real.
I walked in losing thousands every week to gambling. I quit it, all of it, inside the hundred days. The hardest part wasn't stopping the bets. It was telling the men the truth.
Paraphrased, anonymised · 100 Days of FireI became a father and kept living like I hadn't. Dinner after ten, asleep past one, while my son had been down since half nine for months. I rebuilt the whole rhythm inside the hundred days, and I haven't missed his bedtime since.
Paraphrased, anonymised · 100 Days of FireNinety-eight days without porn, a habit I'd carried guilt about for years. What changed wasn't the streak. It was how I started treating myself.
Paraphrased, anonymised · 100 Days of FireI finished the hundred days and it comes down to this: who I have been no longer has a say in who I will become.
Paraphrased, anonymised · 100 Days of FireUnlike Foundations, you cannot simply enrol in this one.
Unshakable Foundations, my 90-day rebuild program, is the recommended path in, though not the only one. Exactly how eligibility works is covered in the FAQ below.
What you've already built, what's at stake, and why this level of work is right for you at this point in your life. This is the part that's actually yours to make the case for.
I assess the man, the timing, and the group before offering a place. Expect a reply from me directly within a few days. If the timing isn't right yet, I'll tell you exactly what would make it right.
If you are ready, apply below. If you have a question about fit or timing, book fifteen minutes first.
Not ready yet? Start with the Fire Circle or Unshakable Foundations.
One private session is already built in. Add more one-to-one time with Jonathan alongside the initiation.
An add-on for program members. Ongoing private coaching is separate: see 1:1 Coaching.
Completing Unshakable Foundations is the recommended route and the clearest evidence of readiness. It is not required. I assess equivalent experience, discipline and responsibility on its own merits, and I have turned men away when the timing was wrong.
Selective does not mean closed. If the timing is not right, I will tell you directly and point you to the real next step. That is usually staying active in the Fire Circle, or the next Foundations cycle if you have not completed one, so the base keeps getting stronger while you wait.
No. This is coaching and structured accountability, not therapy, addiction treatment, or crisis support. If you are dealing with something that needs clinical care, work with an appropriately qualified professional alongside or instead of this.
The weekly council runs three hours, every week for the first seventy days. On top of that: the weekly check-in with your accountability partner takes minutes, not hours, one half-day alone each week, and one full twenty-four-hour period during the final month.
It carries on. The six included months are credited, so you do not pay twice.
The weekly council is recorded for training purposes. Only I see those recordings, and they are deleted once reviewed. Teaching recordings are separate and shared only with your cohort. Nothing said in the room leaves it. If you would rather not be recorded, tell me and I will keep you out of it. Full details are in the privacy policy.
We close it out together. You share what changed and what's still unfinished. The group honours the work you've done, with awards for the men who stood out.
Within three days of payment, you get a full refund. After that there are no cash refunds, but the amount isn't simply lost if your life genuinely changes. It can move to a later cohort, or be applied toward another program, Foundations or 1:1 coaching. This is a curated, application-only initiation with a limited number of places in a cohort, entered by decision rather than checkout. Weigh that before you apply.
Ready? Apply below. Still deciding? Take the Masculine Foundation Audit first.
Tell me why now. I read every application and reply within a few days. The cohort is capped, and if the timing is wrong I will say what would make it right.
