Information you provide
I may receive information you submit through an application form, email, audit or program enquiry, including your name, email address and answers about the area you want to work on.
How it is used
I use that information to review applications, respond to enquiries, deliver programs, improve the member experience and meet reasonable administrative or legal obligations. I do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
The audit is delivered through ScoreApp and website forms may be processed by the site hosting or form provider. Those services process information under their own privacy terms.
Session recordings
Live group sessions, including the weekly Fire Circle, are recorded so the facilitation can be reviewed and improved. This section sets out who can access them, how long they are kept, and how to take part without being recorded.
Access. Recordings of live sessions are accessible only to Jonathan Livingston. They are not published, sold, or shared with anyone outside the program, and they are not shown to other participants. Coursework and teaching recordings are a separate category and are shared only with the men enrolled in that specific program.
Retention. Live session recordings are kept only for as long as needed for that review and are then deleted. They are not archived, and no permanent library of live sessions is maintained.
Consent and opting out. Being recorded is not a condition of taking part. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell Jonathan and you will be kept out of the recording, with no effect on your membership, your place in a cohort, or how you are treated in the room. Separately, no recording or extract is ever used publicly, in marketing, or in any other context without asking the men involved and obtaining their consent first, which may be declined freely.
Your rights. You may ask what recordings exist involving you, and request their deletion at any time.
Retention and access
Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, program administration or legal obligations. You may ask what information is held about you or request correction or deletion where applicable.
Cookies and storage
The website may use essential browser storage to support navigation and accessibility preferences. If analytics or marketing tools are added, this page will say so before they are switched on.
